Custody shit!

Ok I hope some one can help me on this, if not point me in the right direction!

Ok my b/f has been going through a huge custody battle for almost 2 years, with his ex wife, and has yet to see his daughter. She has not been following court orders.

She is supposed to call him once a week so he can speak with his daughter, especially on holidays. She has yet to call him and didn't even get a phone call on his birthday. And when he calls her, she never answers and never calls back.

When he moved out, We found out that she was pregnant with another mans child.

The court ordered that when either parent has the child in their custody there should not be any other adult other than family is the house.

Well she is living with the father of her new child, which was born this last spring and is now pregnant again!!!

So would this consider her an unfit parent? and could he get full custody?

First of all you can contact the sheriff's office and get this taken care of real fast if you have proof that she isnt following court orders.

Second you need to get an attorney to talk to about this. If this is going down in forsyth county I highly recommond Jennifer Patterson of 'Patterson & Hansard' law firm.
