    good guy, met me halfway, which is awesome cause i live like 2 hours from anywhere, and he didnt mind meeting me in kennesaw.

    lol. I'm surprised Peter drove that far to do any transaction.
    He usually tries to stay within 10 mins from his house to do anything, like coming to my house to lose money.

    Glad you had a good deal with Peter though, he's a good guy for sure.
