Default FS: 1980 VW Cabriolet, Wht/Wht/Wht, 17's, runs awesome

    PRICE DROP October 22nd

Hello, up for sale is my 1980 Cabby. It is a VERY clean car, clean title, very tip top. VERY few minor problems, runs and drives excellent.

This Cabby is white on white with white interior, very popular model and it shows. It has a new top and new carpet in the last 3 years, as well as a new timing belt not 5,000 miles ago. This was my daily driver while my other car was being worked on and it was flawless.

    The Good:
    Exterior/Interior VGC
Digi motor swap by previous owner
    Clipper kit
    NEW top
    NEW carpet
newer OEM shift knob (not pictured)
    Clean GA title
    lowered
    17's with fairly new rubber
    Drives excellent
    Reliable
    Head turner
    NO rust

    The Bad:
Carpet needs to be reglued in ONE small section, near the driver's kickpanel
Radio was stolen and the gauge surround was cracked, but I have a new bezel and a used Sony CD deck included, ready to go in
Suspension is soft, could use some new struts
Missing some trim on the fenders
    Gas gauge is not working
blower motor isn't working, blower motor relay is bad I believe
    needs a new windshield

    The Ugly:
    Nada

    Pics:

In addition to the new radio and gauge bezel I also have the 2-light front end, complete with headlights. Buyer can choose to keep the quads or go with the duals. I really hate to sell this prize but my girlfriend and I are moving to an apartment in the downtown area here and that means NO space for parking, so it has to go. Trust that this car is as clean as the pics show.

Price is $2200 obo. Shipping, if required would be on the buyer. Also, I will accept PayPal if the buyer will cover the surcharge (3% I believe).

Anyways, thats about it, feel free to email me at [email protected] with questions, or post them here.
