i dont attend cause its not worth the gas money, im out and about with people of teh same interest all the time, but real talk, most import tuners are lame and the only thing we have in common is the love of cars....theres a few tuners that ahve the same interest as me on here

thats modify's their car, wether its for show or performance, and have knowledge in what they are modifying it for.

pretty good description but being that i dnt know the ppl on ur list that well i cant really say they aernt tuners. ive never seen ne of them ne where other than parties but i dnt know what they do on other days. but yeah, i knwo a lil bit.
