    gas is so much more expensive in the hood?? i mean itll be like 2.28 and 2.30 and shit in the nice parts of town, but im drivin through the hood and its like 2.49 and shit, wtf. i guess they figure if youre dumb enough to pay it you should be shot, LOL

    that's lways the case. folks in the hood dont control the places they shop, eat and buy that yakki(fake hair) from. and the people that own those places rarely live in those areas, so they do what they want with their prices and all folks in the hood do are complain about it, act rude to the owner and STILL buy that shit. but nah, according to statistics, urban(i.e. minority/black areas) are more prone to violence than upscale areas, so insurance is higher, risks of robbery and theft. so the prices reflect that belief.
