    Nope. Car clubs were outlawed in Douglasville, Villa Rica and Bremen back in September of 1986. That's all I really remember. Later, QD.

    in thoose areas quickdodge speaks of "car clubs" are classified with gang activity and can result in punishment from 2yrs in prison to death by linching.

    The car clubs in Douglasville, are the ones you don't really want to join. I've seen less rice at an all you can eat asain buffet. And since I live in Douglasville I can talk as much shit as I want lol
