    PRICE DROPPED!!!!!!! ONLY $5000!!!!!!!!!! 2001 TL1000R V-Twin Superbike. I have had this bike for about 4 months now, and LOVE it! But time to get started on other projects. I hate to see her go, I know I will regret it. This is one awesome machine! NOT FOR BEGINNERS!!!!!!!!!!

    2001 chassis with around 19k miles>>
    2003 engine with around 5k miles >>> These miles climb everyweekend!!
    <<The reason it has a newer motor is, the guy I bought it from ran it low on oil or something one weekend at the track. ALL NUMBERS MATCH!!!>>

    i know the previous owner Marc, that bike is badass and he put a lot of thought into building it. i can vouch for the motor being swapped as well.

    the 1000rs are well controlable, its just the low end tq when you gas it you gotat worry about. But a very well balanced bike that you can ride nice or hard...either way its a good buy

    thanks for that info... If the guy is up for a trade, I think I will do it. The bike bug is bite hard right now. I miss riding.. The only thing I am wondering about is a rear seat just cause I be soloing the bike for a little bit and if I need to have a passager. I may still do it even without one and just say opps to anyone needing a ride.

    Nice TL.

    I have one also. They are getting rarer and rarer now. 3rd gear clutchless 100mph standups ftw , Cant beat that lowend torque. I love mine.
