Last Atlanta Motor Speedway Drag Night

As I'm sure most of you already know, this friday is the last drag night for this season. There have been rumors goin around that they plan to build a track for next year.
I was thinkin some of us could meet up at Summit Racing or somewhere on Jonesboro Rd around 5:00. Then leave about 5:30 to eat or just ride out to the speedway if you want. It would be fun to go up in a nice little group. Just add your name to the list if you're up for it.
Also if you have a problem with the time or meet place, post up some ideas so we can try and get something started

that sucks you can't go. What do you do at summit? I applied there, they called me and told me they would call again to set up a time for an interview but never did. Got a card in the mail 2 weeks later said that they weren't hiring lol.

how late does this last? I work in Thomaston and should be getting out around 8:30-9 ish. Also anyone doing anything afterwards?

The races last all night pretty much. The practice runs are from 6:30-9:00pm Then they break the cars up into different classes. Last time they ran the import classes first run wasn't till around 11:30 or so.

try going on summit's website to get their address. Then get directions from mapquest or somewhere else. It's right off of I-75, i don't know the exact number but it's a McDonough exit. I believe there are signs for it that you can see on the interstate. We need to set up an exact time to meet if we're gonna do this!

Okay guys here's the deal. We are meetin up at Summit Racing at 5:30 and leavin around 6:00. The practice runs start at 6:30. So if I don't see yall there then I guess I'll see yall at the track!

i want to see under the hood of the turbo ford falcon and the turbo blue fox body....and that silver and blue camaro was sick as hell and the all primer batmobile roadrunner was ummm amazing...i thought old guy in the 300zx was gonna take the hatch until somthing popped

Yeah the bat mobile was bad but it was a 1970 chevelle that the top had been chopped on but it was fast that rambler was crazy fast

Yeah the primered turbo hatch handed me my ass. I need some drag radials bad lol. I'm happy i took down a Mach 1 Mustang twice. It was a fun night and some good races. Who ended up winning the import class?

I was driving the interga with the white body kit and it was sliver. I had tape holding me bumper up lol...

i saw the end of the import runs all i can say is wow some serious rice out there however i saw teh supra run and that eg was kick ass and man in the silver teg good run
