    Default Motorola Phone Tools

    I don't know if anyone uses this or has it, but it gives me alot of trouble. I have it connected well on the phone and USB port, but the connection never stays and goes on and off. So somtimes I can transfer files, but latley it isn't working again. I have reinstalled the drivers many times, reconnected, nothing. It's really annoying. Anyone have any help or advice? I know this is the wrong section probably but it will get more views here. Thanks.

    maybe you need to update it, go to motorola.com and see if u have the latest version

    I've never had any problems with mine either. If your having problems with the connection check your cable, usb port, etc... Phones usb ports tend to get dusty from being in your pocket and what-not.

    The weird thing is it that it stays connected until I try and do the file transfer, then it disconnects.

    I'm trying to transfer pics, videos, and trying to get a ringtone I made on the computer. Anytime I go into the media part the connection goes out. It worked once, but hasn't since.

    What i had to do was take the sim card out of the phone, and put a disconneted sim card in the phone and it help it out it.
