Alpine removable face tuner CD player (used $120)

Eclipse Amp (used $150) 40 by 4 to mids and highs (Boston Acustic 746 Plate speakers ($120 pr. new) Amp is also providing 80 watts mono to 1 JLAudio 10” sub. Pre wired for XM radio. (total value $600)

S14 leather seats up front and I had the factory S13 rear seat covered to match. ($400 invested)

Had a set of floor mats made since cant get OEM ones any more. ($65 invested)

    “Greddy DD” Exhaust ($600 new)

Engine is totally stock with about 180K on it with no problems at all and AC blows snow. 100% reliable! Pulls hard for a stock engine. This is the main reason I bought this car after driving about 30 of them. This one felt noticeably faster than all the others. Not sure why, just does. Bought the car about 2 years ago with the intention of turbo charging the KA. I planed to do the motor last and never go around to it befor deciding to get another car. So I've fixed all the broken stuff, made it handle well, made it stop well, made it look nice, no you can make it fast. Everything else is done.
Brand new OEM replacement clutch w/ less than 200 miles on it.
I have a heavy duty Nissan clutch and modified flywheel that will hold 400 ft. lbs. of torque if you need it. Not included in the sale of this car though.

If you are interested in turbo charging the KA motor, I have about 80% of the kit to do it with. Email or call me with questions.

I have invested $6975 in all the parts I’ve put into and on the car. That does not include all the broken stuff I fixed, such as the A/C and a broken motor mount and a few other small things.

The way I’ve come up with my price on this car is, I took what I paid for the car, added 60% of the value of the used parts on the car, added nothing for any of the labor except the paint and body work, added nothing for parts or labor for fixing general stuff on it and came up with the $6500. Now I’m at $6000 and pretty firm on it.

Two things I know of wrong with the car now that are no big deal. One - The battery must have exploded prior to me purchasing the car and the battery acid has eaten a rust hole under the hood where the battery should be. I’ve moved the battery to the rear of the car. I had a body man quote me $150 in new Nissan parts and $150 in labor to fix it correctly. I have not done so yet. Second – The synchronizers going into 3rd gear are out. It grinds going into 3rd only if your speed shifting, it doesn’t under normal driving.

Sorry I've not been posting to answer all your questions guys. I've sent some of you PM's. The rules on IA since I'm a noob, dont let me reply on my own thread until I have 25 other post elsewhere on the site. So just got my 25.
I've answered bobby in a PM on where there is a FMIC on this car but just so the rest of you know...
I planned to turbo the KA but got excited about getting a different car first. So I've pulled the factory bumper off, had a friend build a tubed front bumper to protect in a accident, but also to hold the IC. I've just not pulled it back off yet. I'll be doing that this week as the IC is not included in the sale of the car (unless you need it to be).
I'll be getting the seams lined up on the front end better when I go in there too.

Sure, sorry forgot about that. Dont forget as the ad says, one of the things wrong I mention in the ad is, it's got a rust spot where the battery should be due to it exploding on a previous owner and they didn't clean up the acid, so I've got a red top optima in the rear.
I went ahead and took some more shots while I had the camera out. More inside shots, the rear dish on the wheel, and the front and rear tire tread.
Also included is this new front chin spoiler, I thought I'd put it on as soon as somebody buys the car so no chance of it being hurt prior to the sale.
Let me know if you need anything else guys. I need to move the car so keep bumping me.
    Thanks,

You should see it in person. Put new brake pads on the rear today, put 2 more small pieces to the rear wing on and working on getting all the front end seams lined up. Several people coming to look at it this weekend but you know how that goes...

Glad to hear some of you like the color too. I debated and debated over what color to do it in. I've had some people call, who love the car and hate the color and then I have the reverse too, so glad to see it looks like the majority like it a lot. I tell ya w/ that camel colored interior; there are only so many choices I could think of that would go well w/ it. If you have a charcoal interior, you can do any color in the world and it will look fine... well.... you know what I mean. But w/ this color interior, I thought it would look great in bright red, british racing green, black and white and then the gold. Decided to go w/ the gold because I've always really like how the "Top Secrete" cars look. They are all black and gold w/ carbon fiber accents. They just started making some cars white but I like all the gold color combos they have.

    http://www.topsecretjpn.com/gallery.shtml

They look more like race cars that can sit in a show car environment but have no "bling" factor. You know what I mean?

Plus I knew when I was painting it, I was going to sell it and if you look at the cars on the road today, tons of gold's but I've never seen a gold 240 so I was pretty sure the car wouldn't not sell because of color this way.
    Anyway... I talk too much.
    Later guys.

Oh yea, one more thing. You guys put the word out for me to your friends and such that might not be active on the Nissan forums but might be interested in this car. If you bring me a buyer and the sale goes through due to your lead to me, I'll pay ya a $100 finder’s fee. I need to be out of this car by the 10th if at all possible or sooner. That's when my new car will be about ready. Don’t ask what the new one will be, it's not a Nissan, but it will be an Import so I'll still be around.

I'm East of Atlanta about 30 min. outside 285 but I can meet you somewhere if you like. I'm probably going to take it down to the meet at the Varsity tomarrow night as well.

Call me if you want to try and meet up.

Sorry I couldn't get back to you when I got your e-mail was already driving to work.

I'll be there at the Varsity today (Thursday) Just give me a call if you're there! *931-216-zero106* I know I'll be able to find you though if you're there, that gold / black is just sexxy can't miss it! Want to take a look at it up close and personal. I talked with my friend today, but he won't be able to get out and look at it until next week when he's off work (lives in Jonesborough).

Sigh I really want this car.

EDIT: Would you mind sending me an e-mail with the VIN#. Just wanted to do a CarFAX on it

I have a full brand new Origin "Stream" body kit for it that I'm trying to sell seperate from the car. If somebody wants side skirts for it and wants to make an offer on the car, I can work something out. I'll even get them painted up the correct color for them.

The body kit is listed here in the classifieds too. Just search "Origin"
