Yes it does, its a GSM and this phone will take any SIM card carrier.

Ohh ya man i forgot to mention when i got home and checked the phone out, i noticed my watter dot was read, meaning this phone has be dunked in water. It still works but thats kinda fucked up you sold me a phoen that had be in water and not told me lol.
