wanting to buy a clean honda!

I am wanting to but a clean honda or acura. The only way i can buy it is to make payments of $300 per month. I can also sign any papers saying that i will continue to pay monthly on the car until it is payed off, and the owner can keep the title of the car until it is payed off. I will pay $700 extra from the sellers asking price. Please i really need a car.
