A TRIP TO COURT
Before i tell what happened, heres the overview of the accident. I pulled out and of my hood and hit a woman. It would technically by my fault BUT it was raining really hard and she didnt have her lights on (SHE CLAIMS THEY WERE ON BUT I HAVE A WITNESS SO). So now on with the story.
So today I arrived at the court house at about 12:45 and the time said on the paper was 1:00. I went into the hall and sat down. The woman called my name and gave me the "rights" paper. she then asked me whether i thought that i was guilty or not. I said i disagree with the charges and advanced to my seat. The black woman then gets up(the one i hit) and runs out of the room. She comes in about 5 minutes later and yells in my face "YOU DISAGREED? YOU 'RE GONNA BURN IN HELL!!!!" and then she went to her seat. By now EVERYONE is looking at me since i was the only person that wanted to fight the ticket. Well then she walked out of the room again and this time when she came in, she bitched for about 5 minutes about how i almost "killed" her kids. (the accident was a fender bender and was at the speed of 10mph or so and the 5 year old kids didnt even cry.) Anyways everyone laughed at her and shit. She was stearing me down the whole hour and a half. Then everyone that agreed to their tickets got called into the court room and we were the only people left at the waiting room. The were: Me, Her, My mom, and my witness (my friend). She then started threating me and shit lol. It was funny but i kinda got worried since she does have my address, full name, phone number and stuff like that. The woman was like 400lbs and she kept bitching about how i almost killed her kids and that if she didnt sverve out of the way (she didnt move an inch but she clims that she drove into the ditch, which was just the side of the read that had grass growing on it) that I would have been DEAD right now. Anyways once we got to the court room, it was empty. The judge said that the police officer couldnt make it and that he was at training. Well the case was moved until further notice. I got home and i still dont know why the fuck she was freaking out. She was shaking and shit lol. Then she bitched for like 10 more minutes and then left. We walk out side and she turns around and starts walking back while saying that "you'll get what you ask for" and just walks back into the police station. Lol it was fucking hilarious but i am wondering whether i should tell all this stuff about her threatening me, in the wait room to the lawyer, and yes i do have a witness. Actually i have 2, there was a guy in the room as well.
