    This is true but VD has alot of training in their since his first movies like Lionheart and that Blood? movie. Ballet gave him that acrobatic form (kicks, flips, etc...) but how many fighting movies has he been in now being taught from some of the baddest fighters around.

    I remember when Van Damme got the shit kicked out of himself and then thrown out into the street through the front window of the bar he was in (N.Y.C) the biker guy who kicked his ass was on Howard Stern and he said Van Damme was a cockhead and he was only trying to say hi..then it all went downhill...guess he started to believe his own "Hollywood Stunt Bullshit".

    They are great actors and dont tell me you didnt like Double Impact or Lion Heart or some Seagal movies cuz they are great in Hollywood which most real fighters arent nearly as good as they would do. I admit he could beat anyone's ass in the movie but Hollywood is Hollywood, MMA fighting is real fighting. Leave it at that. Matt Hughes could probably act though.
