3. I pointed out the RULES both in FS Sticky and Announcements saying that it's NOT REQUIRED for items less than 50 bucks, not to mention it's free

There's rules that are set. Follow them and you wont lose your post. If you feel it was removed for the wrong reasons, present your arguement to the admin (not a mod). If anything, take like 45 seconds to re-type what you previously posted the way they want it.
