WTB tires for 14" rims

I have an ae86, I have some 14 x 6.5 rims and I need tires.

either 185/60r14s
or 205 40 r 14s

as cheap as possible, need to get somethign mounted on these rims I have.

or will trade my current steelies, with my rims for a decent set of rims with tires for my corolla.
