5/5 from me. Followed the book very closely which I thought was cool. Great story, good acting, and that chick is fine!!!

movie was pretty good...in my opinion
honestly i thought the book was 10000000000000000000000000x better
i thought the movie cant EVER compare to the book
Val for President
The movie did leave out bits and pieces, but not much of anything to derail from the book...it also added bits and pieces, but from most of the movies that are made from books, this one to me, is one of the best ones yet. Very good movie...only one disappointment to me though...they could have gotten a real albino instead of a white/bleach blonde white dude to play silus(sp)

the book says that i believe....not saying anyone is stupid or anything...i for one disagree with the book, but i'm not here to discuss that....i'm actually considering seeing the movie...

i'm reading the book now and this is the only thing that it says at the beginning with relevance to it being based on actual events, it's labled as FACT:
The Priory of Sion - a European secret society founded in 1099 - is a real organization. In 1975 Paris's Bibliotheque Nationale discovered parchments known as Les Dossiers Secrets, identifying numerous members of the Priory of Sion, including Sir Isaac Newton, Botticelli, Victor Hugo, and Leonardo da Vinci.
The Vatican prelature known as Opus Dei is a deeply devout Catho9lic sect that has been the topic of recent controversy due to reports of brainwashing, coercion, and a dangerous practice known as "corporal mortification." Opus Dei has just completed construction of a $47 million National Headquarters at 243 Lexington Avenue in New York City.
All descriptions of artwork, architecture, documents, and secret rituals in this novel are accurate.
