i need a driller or drill to bore something!!

i need to bore a hole to be much bigger on one spark plug non fouler i need it to be a 1/2" because i need to put a o2 sensor into it so that i can move it away from the cat piping so i know the cel code im getting from my hi flow cat is for something else is there any welders or someone with a 1/2" drill to make the hole in it bigger around duluth? all the places i have been to are closed for some reason.

I would take the car to an autozone and let them pull the codes for you.. If not, I might be able to drill that out, I will have to check though.
