    I'm on day 4 and ready to kill. My fukin head hurts so bad from chewing gum and eating 4 bags of sunflower seeds. I'm thinking of slapping another patch on (just kidding)......

    I need some support here!

    i quit for about a month and a half - but then started again...and now I quit again. LOL

    its hard, but I'm trying to stick with it....so you should too!

    Today is day 5 for me. This morning’s traffic sucked serious ass. Which stressed me the fuck out. I just rolled up today’s patch & smoked it (j.k). God I hope this gets easier…… I was so tempted to get one from a co-worker but I decided it wouldnt be worth it. They stink like I used to.

    Last night was a very productive night for me though. After class I got home at about 8:00 and gave my fiance a much needed 30 minute massage during american idol. After that I cleaned out the fishtank in our little girls room & watched Deadliest Catch (rocked). Then I took Drift for a short run. Came in & finished some more wedding annoucements for family. Boxed up more sold car parts off the bhooger, worked out, and banged my pregnant fiance. Damn!

    ok end rant.....just by typing that I killed the urge to want to go smoke.....time for coffeee

    Good job keep up the good work, I just recently quit also but it was much eiser for me, I had to spend the night in the hospital weekend b4 last and when I got out I tryed to smoke one but it made me sick to my stomach, now I can't even stand the smell of them, but I feel much better... Anyways you can do it.. Good luck!!!

    Well I just finished eating lunch (one of the hardest times of the day besides sex). I went for about a mile long walk in my office complex (Century Center). Damn its nice outside today.....

    Time to get back to work now.....

    Stay with it dude, I quit for 4 days then started to dip again. The patch didn't work for me, but I am quitting for good next monday. No Excuses!!

    it's definitely hard...i quit for the most part but every now and then i still do, but when i get stressed or after i eat or well who am i kidding i get cravings like a mofo all the time...it does get easier the first 4 days is the hardest i think...after that it slowly gets easier but it never goes away...

    edit: that first cigarette that you smoke you may think that you'll be fine after you quit but it makes it 100 times harder...just to let you know

    You can do it I quit december 11, the smell makes me sick and I dont have the cravings at all now. It is great. You need some support I'll walk over there and beat the shit out of ya. Oh and close your damn garage door and trunk you fucker.

    best way is not to start . my dad smoked for 30 years and my mom for 26 years and have been quit now for 7 years. my dad went to the doctor rencently and the doc said he had the early stages of COPD (i really dont know what that is. cancer??). i cant see for the life of me why people want to smoke? its just burned money up and shortning your life. anyways good job man and keep it up!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

    i have never had a cig in my mouth.. and never will.. my uncle passed away from lung cancer(smoking) 2 years ago.. every time someone starts to lite up around me, i try to knock it outa there mouth, its GROSS!!!!
    i will NEVER date a smoker, there breath is so bad, **i jsut threw up in my mouth**

    calvin.. you can handle it! and jsut think, when the baby comes, it wont be around smoke!!!! the healthiest enviornment (sc)!!!!

    lol I already caved. Last night actually. I found a place that was serving all you can eat king crab legs for 14.99. I ate 4 1/2lbs. I needed a smoke so bad after that. I'm going to quit again after the wedding.....all this planning bullshit stresses me out....
