    We will be observing mainly the motor bikes rolling through. They caused quite a comotion that last Varsity meet you all had. We will be recording license plates and issuing citations within the week. Also surveillance has also been installed around the area. So if you do something stupid we will find you. Any loud exhibition of speed is prohibited as well.
