I will be there with about 10-15 International Allstars Players so I wouldn't miss it for the world. (well actually if a cute girl asked me to go somewhere else I might think about it but I am sure you know what I mean)

Main Setup Placement Day
(Teams and Exhibitors must arrive to receive placement and begin setup on this day)
10:00am - 5:00pm Gate 1 opens for SETUP in Main Paddock
10:00am - 5:00pm Ticketing and Will Call Hours
10:00am - 5:00pm Team Registration and Technical Inspection Hours
10:00am - 1:00pm Rig Setup Arrival: Large Vendors and Trailers1
12:00pm Check-In opens for Team/Exhibitor Credentials
1:00pm - 5:00pm Setup arrival: All Exhibitors
2:00pm - 5:00pm Setup Placement Arrival: All other Teams2
5:00pm SETUP Ends | Gates Close
Setup Load-In Gate:
• Entrance for Gate 1 if off of Highway 53
• For Setup, everyone must enter through the Load-In Gate located at Gate 1 in the ticketing lanes. There will be two lanes for those entering; one lane will be for Race Teams and the other lane will be for Sponsors, Rigs, and Exhibitors.
The “Setup Holding Area”:
• All teams, sponsors, and exhibitors must await paddock placement by a Formula D official in the Setup Holding Area
• The Setup Holding Area is located at the main ticketing lanes by Gate 1. Please follow signs and/or refer to the map for the correct location of the Setup Holding Area.
Setup Check-In:
• The Check-In desk will be located at the Will Call/Registration office by Gate 1 (refer to map).
• Exhibitors must park in the holding area and check-in at Registration before being placed.
Will Call/Registration:
• Starting Friday, exhibitors and teams will not be allowed inside the venue without proper credentials. On Thursday/Friday/Saturday, all Teams and Exhibitors may pick up credentials at the Will Call/Registration office by Gate 1 (refer to map) to receive proper credentials.
• Will Call hours: Th – 10am to 5pm, F – 10am to 5pm, Sa – 9am to 6pm
1 Rigs and large trailers that do not arrive during this time may not receive optimal placement and lose their initial placement.
2 After Checking-in, all teams need to report to Technical Inspections located in the main paddock area.

3 All Drivers are required to be fully suited at meetings. Meetings will all be held in the Formula D Hospitality Tent unless otherwise noted.
4 Open Practice means that drivers are allowed as many runs as possible during the given window of time. After each run, drivers will move to the back of the line. If a driver breaks or needs to perform maintenance their race vehicle, they will lose their place in line until they are ready to practice. Open Practice will initiate following judge’s and top driver’s track test.
• Practice will NOT be extended for any drivers who have not had sufficient practice because their vehicle could not run.
• Practice will NOT be extended due to crashes, breaks on track, oil spills, etc.
5 Pit Crews must access Track Staging area using the purple inside road starting from the main paddock area to past the infield tunnel by Turn 9. There will be a security booth and gate opening on the right hand side.
