Well as most of you know my car has been sitting in the parking lot by my job since Sunday because some lady hit my car while it was parked. Well I filed the claim with her insurance company on Sunday, then called them first thing Monday morning to talk to a claims representative since the person I spoke with before wasn't authorized to order anything. When I spoke to her she said that she was going to assign an adjustor to come out and take a look at my car, and that we would figure everything out as far as getting a rental car.

I never heard back from her about when the adjustor was coming out to look at my car. So I call my insurance company this morning (my independent agent is my best friends dad), and I tell them that I still haven't heard anything back so I give them some phone numbers and they tell me they will call me right back. Called me back in about 10 minutes and tell me everything is handled. About 20 minutes after that I get a phone call from the adjustor letting me know that he is about to take a look at my car. He gets done looking at my car, I get it towed to All Pro Collision, and get my rental car finally. Hell yes.
