    Default Blue C6 Z06 + 2 Black '03 Cobra's *PICS* (HUGE DUW)

Hydroshutter (KB Cobra), Lankhoss (C6Z) and I decided to get together last Sunday for some pics. I love that C6 Z, it is such a sick car.

I'm pretty happy with how my cheap old point and shoot FujiFilm FinePix A303 performed. It's 3.2 megapixel, but these were taken at the second to lowest res. Will try some at the higher res next time.

    Anyways, here are the pics,

Played around with these in Photoshop,

    Not 17X9 & 17X10.5 Black FR500's..

    NoOoOooO!!!

I have to deal with those damn FR500 rims at work every frkin' day, cause I sell em'.

    >_<

What methods did you follow, regarding the rubbing issues when you have a big rim/tire combination along with the IRS that's on the 03-04 Cobra's?

My friend and I didn't have any issues with that wheel/tire combo. The IRS bolt is pretty close (~1/4"), maybe a hair more away from the tire. It's mainly because the Nitto 315's run a good bit narrower than other 315 series tires, especially the BFG 315 DR's. Those things are huge - would have to shave the IRS bolt down for that.

Not sure of the name of the school. Went I-85 to Pleasant Hill Road, and took a left off the exit ramp and it's down about 4-5 miles on the right.

03CobraAV8R how much gain did you see with the Steig port and what other mods are you running for those numbers? Sweet ride...

I was 455 RWHP and 503 RWTQ before the port, with a 2.81" upper + Steeda's 90mm idler (tensioner) pulley, 2lb lower pulley, Steeda intake, Bassani catted X, Steeda catback.

Then I added the Stage IV ported blower, plenum/tb combo and the supporting mods (Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump + MAF.ia).

Still running on the stock fuel system/injectors with the help of the Boost-A-Pump.

So I gained 61 RWHP and 3 RWTQ.

I don't have an aftermarket boost gauge, and haven't yet installed that overlay on the stock gauge that allows it to read 16 PSI. From what I've read on SVTPerformance.com, my pulley combo is ~16 PSI.

Stiegemeier rocks, the Stage IV combo was $695, the BAP was $250, and the MAF.ia was $150. Good bang for the buck for the people that don't want to shell out the big $ for the Whipple/KB setups.

Thanks for the info. BTW I like your choice in turners, James is a good guy. To give you a ball park on your boost I have a 4lb lower and 2.81 upper in my L, on the dyno I am reading 16.5lbs without a Steig port, I’m sure your right in that range with it.

Guess I need to save a few pennies and go KB with a built motor or just wait for the TT motors to be perfected to keep up with my little brothers Again nice ride and sweet camera/lens combo bro…
