    Default Its 4:48 AM in the morning and i just...........

    Got pulled over, thats right,leaving my buddies 21st birthday party I was just harassed by yours truely the alpharetta Pd, I got pulled over for speeding, 58 in a 45 and it took the cop 2 minutes to start searching my car out for weapons and drugs. I told him i aint got shit but he still decided to search anyways, He gave me a pat down and i asked the fuckin pig every 2 seconds.....why the hell he is searching my car when i got pulled over for speeding? :confused: :confused:

    He began to get ignorant as fuck like a racist bastard....calling me "boy" and "you aint nothing but a punk kid" "ive been doing this fo 16 years".........listen here pig i would fuckin whoop your ass if you took that badge off pussy. I have my fucking rights.

    so he searched the car found nothing, and my tag came back clean so kiss my ass alpharetta pd.....

    damn its been a long fucking week.....im beat.

    im pretty heated right now, so right now im listening to those old school jams, cop killa and a lil bit of "FUCK THE POLICE FUCK THE POLICE FUCK EM"

    Damn that sucks dude! I guess you don't have any rights when you get pulled over. I just thought that you could say he can't search your car because he has no suspicion, and then they have to get a warrant? But I guess its the cops and they do whatever they want.

    no i thought that you say you dont want your car searched so they bring the dog out and says he smells drugs and then they search your car , thats how it works in lumpkin or atleast thats what happen to a freind i know

    Shouldn't have let the cop search the car... he's not allowed to without permission or probable cause.

    BTW, they say I'm bad luck around everyone and everything I touch. That night was the 1st night I ever rode in your car... and you get pulled over. The first time I rode in Val's car this year, she got pulled over too. =[

    well my speedo doesnt work, so there isnt really any way of me telling, I could tell that the cop was bored looking for something to do, he was making the situatuion alot harder than what it was. He couldve just wrote me my fucking ticket i wouldve been on my way.

    well i told him i felt like he was harassing me and i didnt want him to search the car, he said "ethier i search it or i can call a couple dogs over" so i let that fucker search it.....


    You know what the funny thing is charles, i would say 75% of the night we were 100mph plus all night.........and i get a petty 58 in 45 ticket...i guess its karma.........

    If a cop wants to search you car he/she will search the car.

    It all boils down to how much time you have to WASTE.

    The best thing to due is comply, especially that early in the morn'!

    basically a cop can search your car with any cause... if you swerve just a tad that's all the cause they need. if you are speeding...there u go, there's the cause there. Yeah that cop was a bit of a douche to be searching your car when all you were doing was speeding. It's his job tho. it shows he was doing it to an extent.

    well legally, a cop has to have a probable cause or search warrant, but it really doesnt matter, if he wants to search he will find a reason to search.....he told me one of the reasons he searched me was because he sensed "nervousness" out of me.......i mean wtf, i was pretty damn tired it's almost 5am in the morning what do you expect pig.
