    Default FS: 90 Super Coupe 5 speed $1500 obo

    1990 SuperCharged Super Coupe Thunderbird

    - 3.8L SuperCharged V-6 - pulls strong and doesn't smoke
    - 5 speed manual transmission -shifts smooth with no grinds
    - 113k miles is what the odometer says (but the title says 125k, so either someone made a mistake when they filled out the title or perhaps the cluster has been replaced......I'm really not sure, but miles will be exempt anyway b/c of the age)
    - I was told that the headgaskets have been replaced
    - We just put in fresh spark plugs and spark plug wires
    - I'm working on removing the old tint.......all that is left of it is on the rear glass
    - As you can see the paint is rough in areas (price reflects that), but the body is pretty straight
    - At the moment the clutch sometimes requires a couple pumps, might need to be bled

    $1500 o.b.o.I'm in upstate SC.

    Too bad i just bought an Rx7. I miss my turbo coupe and have always wanted a super coupe. Bump for a sweet daily, reliable and quick... and luxurious!!

    wow good deal. Ive got a 96 4.6. Its a slush box but they are pretty fast.

    I had a silver one of these back in the day. Use to eat up some of my boys 5.0 with it LOL. The only problem I had with mine was abnormal rear tire wear. Bump for a fun car at a good price!

    Yeah 315 lbs stock. You can up that bigtime with CAI, smaller supercharger pulley and an exhaust.

    BTW these have fully independent suspension with the RWD. This MN12 chassis/platform was all new for 1990 and is not the 1979 Ford Fairmont based chassis that the Mustang rode on until 2004. This car along with the 1990 Cougar got many careers ended at Ford since they went millions over development budget.

    I've had several people call about the car, but no has even driven it. I'm starting to remember why I hate selling cars.

    The nasty tint is now off the back glass.........just a little bit of residue left, which I'm too tired to mess with at the moment.
