17x9 +17 A-Tech Wheels

Guys, I have a set of (4) A-Tech wheels. Here the specifics:

(4) 17" x 9 A-Tech wheels. Black finish. Offset is +17 all around, 5x114.3
-They currently have 245's all around, but the tires are toast. I have a pair of 245's that I can throw in, but they only have maybe 15-20% tread left.

I currently have them on my S14. They have 245's all around and are very flush with the fenders. They require fender rolling with the 245's, but probably won't if you put a 225 or so on there.

Better close up pics of the wheels? Are they powder coated black? Gloss or flat? Intrested. Let me know.
