Free 411 (sorry if repost)
Sorry if this is a repost, but I've been using this for about a month on my cell phone, but it also works on home phones. I've checked my bill and there are no extra charges on my cell. It just charges me for minutes used, unless it's at night or on the weekend.

Sometimes the service is automated, and you just say the city and listing. Other times you may speak to an actual person. For the most part, it's instant, but there were a few times where I had to wait a minute to get through.
It's much better than paying T-Mobile $1.50, or however much they charge for information.
