    I dont think the guy was an idiot. well... foolish for thinking he could outrun that chopper. You could see him pushing that probe as fast as it could go in a straight line thinking he could outrun the helicopter... the part that got him was his sheer speed. Going that fast, you would only see the dip on the road at the last second. I think he was doing probably 140mph+.

    Once his rear passenger tire hit the dirt on the right side of the road after landing, thats all she wrote. pretty unfortunate. Wonder if that impact killed the poor sap.

    Although, I also wonder when it was gonna hit him that he wasnt gonna outrun that helicopter.

    He might have made it out of that jump if they hadn't put the spike strip at the top of the hill!!! Thats pretty shiesty of the cops to put the strip at the tip of a hill like that at speeds like that with a turn after it... Good find...
