once again. if that phone is not unlocked it will NOT work with a cingular sim. just like before they merged, their equipment didnt work with cingular, and it wont work now. and it wasnt a merger it was a buyout which means cingular (sbc/bellsouth) bought at&t wireless. it only says cingular because they both had the same tower network and the tower frequency have been adjusted. im done on this. good luck.
