Default Traction problems in a 5th gen prelude

I have a 2000 prelude with a jrsc and some other small boltons I am about to take the motor out and start doing some work on the head and get a boost upgrade pulley for the jrsc. I am already having traction problems and wheel hop. Anytime I get on it just a littlebit in first it spins like crazy. Anyone know of any solutions. I am looking for traction bars or any thing like that to help. I have Tein s-tech springs that lower it 1.5 and 18's with 215/35/18, other than that the suspension is stock. Also any one know of any drag radials in that size or close to that size I can go up one tire size and it still fit.
    Thanks Jacob
