1.I'm selling just the bumper covers. (fascia)
The plastic, not the actual metal bumper.
2. Not selling the fogs but thanks for asking bro. I've seen many for sale on EBAY (good luck with that)
3. Im located in Albany GA. But I will be in Downtown Atlanta and Suwanee GA on Saturday
4. I have not checked how much is the shipping fo these Items.
I prefer local pick up because the bumpers are oversized and the shipping companies will charge too much. So if you live in GA or FL you will get a steal.
