    Default selling a project

    I'm seriously concidering selling my Swift GTi. I've worked so hard for this car but i think it may be time to let it go. Its so close to being finished but yet it still needs a lot of work. I just don't know what to do. How do you guys cope with selling a project that you've worked so hard for? I'm just not sure on what to do. I feel like i'm getting rid of my left arm or something.

    But on a serious side, i've dealt with the same thing...whether to sell my GTI or not ...i just gave it time man. I thought about it for a long time, i tried not to do any at the moment or spontaneous. I just thought it threw and ended up keeping it I realized i just had to work at it and i was gonna get what i wanted from it

    why pay VW like 100000k to fix that shit when u can have a private company do it and port/polish it and put titanium valves and an upgraded cam and the works... and etc for the same price or maybe even cheaper... i hate 2legit 2quit ppl

    There are plenty of more pics but i figured i'd just post a few so you get the idea. I've posted my car and its info. on the Swift forum and got a few responces. I also got responces saying not to sell the car and i got offered some free parts to help me finish it. I just don't know what to do. I feel like its time to just cut my losses but then another part of me is saying keep it. so aggervating!

    lol 2legit 2quit? none of my shit is legit (possibly why it keeps "breaking down"... but very little was done in actual "insured" shops. small bit of machine work, etc.
    blahaha what do you expect my shit is older than both of us... but whenever something breaks... I go into a period of benchwarming for a reason man... See im broke... i could just fix the problem... ie (i coulda just replaced my headgasket and been done with it... last time)... but i just do the works while im at it... when my radiator went, i got an aftermarket... when i need a rebuild ( i coulda put in some stock cast iron ones in...) but why not pay a little more and get something 10x better ya know? I'm just sayin lol every1 hating on my car talkin bout shit breaks down every day... it aint even like that its just when it breaks down it'll be down for a good bit... anyways
