    Default Doing something I don't want to...92 BOOSTED SE-R $2500

    1992 white se-r.
    133k on the chassis about maybe 25-30k on the motor.

    Mods:
    Nismo FPR
    z32 maf
    touqe factory 650cc injectors
    greddy e-manage with ignition and injector harness hooked up and tuned.
    greddy profec-b
    johnny racecar fmic
    b14 wheels (front tires have nitto 555s drag radials on them probably around 50% left)
    3inch vrs downpipe
    3inch jgy test pipe and cat back.
    spec stg 3 clutch with less than 5k on it.
    tsuru headlights (painted the housings black)
    I'm sure there are things I'm leaving out...

    Now for the bad:
    Paint has chipped at some places.
    Saggy driverside door.
    No headliner (it started sagging so I took it out)
    Compression isn't that good...
    1st cyl-75
    2nd-4th compression is 125.

    I need to sell because I can't afford the rebuild like I was hoping I could.

    I'll include b13 wheels and a tranny with no 5th gear along with car.

    yo just keep this shit. save money and then get a daily driver, cheap one, then save up more sell cheap car or trade for down payment. then get your nice car

    Keep that shit Matt. I have good condition SRpistons and rings laying around that you can have for free. It would take you a weekend to fix. I am in your same situation, exept Im going ahead with some eagle rods and CP pistons. So you can have my s15 rods for free if you want, since they are beefy like the Pulsar rods. Dont sell that shit man, expecially not for 2.5k . let me know what you want to do.

    2500 dollars..keep the shit and save up to get it fixed...very nice car, expecially from what you started with...keep the car, plus more than likely it will fall into the wrong hands and be destroyed...

    If you want, I can help you with it. And if you want to go with stock pistons, It will cost you nothing other then another HG, but you can get stock ones for 50$ of go with a metal cosmetic head gasket for a 100ish. No need to spend 1k, unless you want to upgrade things while its appart.

    Thats how Im thinking. If im going to do all that, Im not going to go stock even if its free. And originaly I was just going to get some pistons, because my rods are perfectly fine for the abuse, but eagle rods are lighter and much stronger, and are only $350-400 with arp rod bolts. So I might as well get them.

    Yea, I mean if the motor is apart, do the head gasket and head studs as well.

    So I'd need rods/pistons/head gasket/headstuds...if I could afford it I would!

    I know what ya mean. I have to get rods,pistons,headgasket, headstuds, MAF, and another fuelpump. I needed some sort of management sys, so today I splurged and bought a powerFC. I haven't had a job in half a decade, so I have to now I have to hustle like a jew, to be able to have my car on the road within a reasonable amount of time.

    Hey man give me until Saturday, im sure i can find you a dirt cheap daily beater! there all over, i am going to check out a first gen CRX saturday. I just bought my 89 hatch civic for $200 bucks and all i have to do is put axles on it. Just give me about 2 days! Don't Sell the SE-R!

    dont sell it man, if it needs to be rebuilt, bring it and some pistons over here, we will slap it back together and geet it back on the road. you can sell it for more and not take such a hit opn it
