He's definitely above D4L and Dem Franchise Boys, but then again so is William Hung. But he doesn't really have much of a "flow", its more like he's talking than anything but I like Jeezy because of a lot of his one liners and metaphors.

Well when I say flow I'm talkin about consistent all the way through across a beat. A lot of Jeezy's tracks have pauses in between lines to throw in a "Jeeeea" or a "Haaaa haaaa" or "Let's get it" etc. Not hating on him, cuz his CD stays in rotation of what I listen to currently.

jeezy has an alright flow...he doesnt really switch it up too much and he raps at the same pace no matter what beat it is... I like rappers with a versatile flow. Although jeezy lacks in the flow aspect he does have good lyrics....and good beats...so that means hell sell
he could work on his delivery more also. He comes gangsta on some songs but sometimes he bores me to sleep....i give him a 3.5/5 he defintly listenable
