Linking the PS2 for GT4

Anyone done this?

We bought the LAn connector and tried to hook up 2 playstations to it so we could each have our own screen for the 2-person battle in GT4.

it came with no instructions-- so we cursed at it and tried to get it to work for several hours, but to no avail.

We dont want to go online to play (cant yet for GT4) but want to just to the i_link battle or whatever.


Any help??

do u have the network connectors for both ps2's?
ifso run the cable from both to a hub/switch/router and then boot up the game and select the LAN option. after that it should just be the same as if you were online (but of course your not online).
