    i got out the car this mornin and my phone was on my lap, when i got up to get out my car, the cell phone fell and broke in half....now its still on but i have no screen and no damn way to get the millions of #'s i have on my phone.....what as great hump day.

    THEN I CONTACT SPRINT AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED
    " yeah my phone broke and im ready to cancel my contract now, since its up"
    " we can offer you another line "
    " what tha fuck for, so my other line cant be used once that phoen messes up"
    " well, incase you want to use the other line for somethign else"
    " i cant use it if the phone is broke"
    " we can offer you a rebate"
    " hah, i dont trust ya'll, i take the rebate offer, get another phone, i dont get my money back and you renew my contract, fuck outta hea"
    " well ok, let me recap what we went over today"
    " no need, i already know, sprint is fuckin up and im leaving"
    " well in teh future to contact the customer service line you can dial *2 on your phone and"

    just go to a sprint store and theyll be able to transfer your numbers from one phone to the other ..
    carriers dows not matter either ..
    so since your contract is up your gunna be signing with someone else ..
    and they should have the scanner there and be able to do it for you right there ..
