    Default FS: Flexsteel Premium Leather Couch w/ hide-a-way

    Well, I'm getting a different apartment with my fiance and she already has a sofa that she wants for the new place. I'm looking to sell my leather sofa. For those who are not familiar with Flexsteel, they are a premium Sofa manufacturer. The Sofa was purchased brand new about six years ago, but it is in great condition. My parents had it in their basement until 5 months ago. Their house and my apartment has never been smoked in and the couch has hardly been used. It was pretty much just a decoration in my parents basement. I don't think the hide-a-way mattress has been slept on. The couch is a steel-framed hide-a-way leather couch and ways a ton! Please keep in mind that I have no way of transporting this couch. You will need to come pick it up. I'm located in the Duluth area right by Gwinnett Place Mall. Also, I am on the second floor in my apartment complex. The mattress for the hide-a-way is a premium Flexsteel QuadraFold Extra Long Mattress. I'm not sure how much my parents paid for the couch brand new, but I'm looking to get $100.00 flat for the couch. This is a steal for a leather hide-a-way in great condition.     Edit: Price update. I'm really looking to get at least $100.00 for the couch, but I'll consider any reasonable offer. I'm moving really soon, and I really don't want to have to move this. This is a great deal for a nice leather couch that is in great condition.

    By the way, the price has been updated. I really need to sell the couch before I move. That way I don't have to rent a truck to move apartments. Plus, we already have a couch lined up for our new place. Please PM me or reply to this message if you are interested.

    Bump for new price of $100.00. I'm moving in a week and I really need the couch gone this weekend. Please PM me or reply on here if you're interested.
