A group discussion for Realtors and brokers to better understand their
thoughts about residential development trends in Gwinnett County.
WHO: Realtors who are members of the Million Dollar Club
Males and Females under 35 or 65+ spots are left--waitlist for other ages
WHEN: April 28, 2005
TIME CHOICES: Depends on what openings I have left in your age bracket
9:00 a.m. Fruit, danish, coffee & soft drinks provided
12:30 p.m. A deli tray, coffee & soft drinks provided
PAYMENT: $125.00 in cash for a 2 hour study
FREEBIE: If you check in at least 15 minutes early, your name will be entered into
a drawing for an additional $100.00. Please keep in mind, this facility will not
accept late arrivals.

REQUIREMENTS: You must be a member of the Million Dollar Club and cannot
have done any research study in the last 6 months. You must do all or most of
your real estate business in Gwinnett County.
