    Default RANT!!!!!

    ok well this is how it goes. Im supposed to close on my house Feb 15th.. and then my moms house (which is the house im livin in) is supposed to close Feb. 22nd. Well the people who are supposed to be buying my moms house called my broker today and said they have to pull out cause they can't find anyone who will give them a loan. THEY HAVE KNOWN THIS FOR 3 MONTHS!!!! and now 3 weeks before we are supposed to close.. they back out. W/O the money from selling this house in buckhead, I cant fully buy my house in Braselton and everything might fall through... BLAHAHAHAHZHAHAHAHAHAHAH... Sorry about the Rant...

    Right now its in a special account no one can touch. They did that just so if something like this happened my mom didnt walk away empty handed, but this still leaves me out in the lurch. We were counting on using some of the money fromt he sell of this house for my house...

    I doubt it.. They dont have the income.. They havn't sold their previous house in Conyers, and they dont want to put anything down...

    Well Grandma to the rescue!!! My grand mother is going to help me out with my house. My mom thinks the people are too shady so she is ganna fix up some stuff and try and sell it for more..

    I feel bad for my mom though b/c she bought a new house thinking these people were ganna buy this house. Now she is out money, so we are going to try and sell this house in a few months...There are some thing that need to be fixed up.. we weren't ganna fix it up b/c we knew the people who were buying it were just ganna tear it down.. but now mom wants to fix it up so we can sell it for more.
