    im confused on how this works what do you need and how do you do a vtec swap and can u explain....thanks

    You take an Acura Integra LS 1.8L block (that's the part with the pistons), and mate it to a VTEC head (part with the valves, cams, etc) from a DOHC B16, B18C1, or a B18C5. It's a complicated build because the oil channels don't line up, and the LS block doesn't like a lot of RPM's. It used to require a little machine work, but now they have kits online so that you can do it yourself.
