FS/FT: '88 Prelude S (Non-running)

The body of the car is in near mint condition. NO dents, and the original paint is still glossy. The car has been sitting for about 5 months, so it's dirty in the pics. The "H" badge from the front and "Honda" badge from the rear are missing.
The interior is clean, the seats are faded but have no rips. Carpet is in good condition and it has the original floor mats. All speakers in car, no radio, but one can be put in if you want it.
Everything worked when the car stopped running, A/C, heat, sunroof, P/S.
Car was female owned, it's completely stock. Tires are in good condition, car has spare tire, jack, lug wrench, etc.
The motor is not blown, it turns over but will not fire. It ran extremely rich before it stopped working, so I think it's a fuel problem. The transmission shifted smoothly with no slipping.
The only issue with the car was a slow leak somewhere in the P/S system, but it does work.
There are too many cars at my house, so this one has to go. I have to ask a price, so $400 negotiable, BUT:
