    his names mochi, i work at dog kennels so i see alot of dogs and i had to get a pic with him, cause i love pits

    Thats the same with mine...everytime I look at her..she gets bigger..she's 12 weeks now...and I think she's at least 20#...

    My pit is going to look just like your bulldog grown...Thats crazy..Same eye color and red nose...and she thinks she owns the world...well at least her world..lol!

    don't people say if the dog comes out all white its like a defect, right? the majority of the time, the dog comes out deaf?

    It depends. A lot of times the gene for all white animals comes with deafness attached. Just luck of the draw whether or not the white and deafness go together. I think it depends a lot on breed, too. Most careful breeders can avoid deafness in their offsprings.

    ok ok.. I know that is a common thing w/ pits, my buddy has some red nose pits, the mom and dad were both all white, and deaf like ray charles.

    Goes with blindness too. A lot of times to get a certain color that's not normally found they've had to interbreed and interbreed, so the gene pool gets pretty shallow and a lot of defects start to show up. That's why it's sooo important to buy a purebred from a good breeder, because they check back many generations to find any genetics, and then won't breed that dog unless they come up clean.

    i know from working at dog kennels that alot.like 80% of all white boxers, and alot of bulldogs are deaf cause we have a deaf boxer in now and i have to do hand signals to get him to sit and stuff.

    My aussie was considered " lethal" thats what they call all white aussies, she was suppose to be blind and deaf, but she is neither...I guess it is luck of the draw...
