house has 2 car garage, new kitchen, newly redone bathrooms, new paint and carpets. has big family room, big downstairs den, and a very unfinished BIG basement (good for storage at least)

dosent matter to me but :

(1)willing to rent all 3 rooms seperately to people which would be $400/ month plus share utilities with your housemates.

(2) rent the whole place to you for 1200/month plus utilities.
