when it comes to rap songs, i always like the beat/music more than the actual words, but some songs are all around good, like this one.

at the same time, there are plenty of rappers out there that i could give a shit for...i hate their style, but if they drop a good track with some good lyrics ill respect the song for what it is than just completly bashing them because i dont like their style....

If a song sounds good it sounds good, weather i listen to the artist or not, theres no dickriding involved. I have a pretty good ear for music and different music genre's and i try to listen to everything to really get a sense of what a real good song is...

sure you may not like the song, but at the same time theres really no reason to hate it...its defintly a decent track even if you dont think its any good you can tell some time was put making this shit....

I didn't bash the song. There are songs that I like even though I don't like the area of rap they come from. Youngbloodz have a few songs I like, although I don't care at all for South rap. I've just never heard anything good come out of 50's group. And my diccriding comment wasn't refering to you. I apologize if it seemed that way. Same with Jay-Z, DMX, a lot of cats from the North. yeah well thats most stans, ive actually been listening to 50 right before he blew up, when he was still murdering the mixtape scene. i admit there shit is waterd down and not as grimey but every once in a while theyll make some hits.....and pre 1999 i was and still am a hardcore three six mafia fan......i listened to everything but i loved 36 mafia

But yeah most people i met from the west coast completly hate 50 and the unit....They want him off aftermath and they lean towards game a lil more....no hate because you gotta show game love he reppin cali too. But most west coasters stick to there west coast shit, some of them ive noticed are still living with the east coast v west coast shit and wont bump nothing coming out of the NY

thats not real true, I mean 50 is gettin play on power 106, the beat, all that man. he has some fans in Cali.. and from my recent visit out there, I think they play just as much crunk shit out west as v-103, LIRL

Me personally, I bump nothin but West Coast. Not that I dislike the east coast/NY rap, its ok... and even though the crunk shit is total garbage I think they are doin something puttin Atlanta on the map. I just stay in my own world man, I don't really listen to the radio, its west coast/oldies all day. thats what I grew up on, and with the garbage thats on the radio today, thats what I'm stayin with.
