i'm not saying all parts will be adaptable to one another but alot of them are able to be mixed. this is a shitty example but you can do it, a b16a2 block with type-r heads, there's one, and lots of others are mixable to. thanks for telling peeps it's real.

1) NO THE FUCK THEY ARENT
2) I WOULD PAY TO SEE SOMEONE PUT A H HEAD ON A K20 BLOCK, or A K head on a B BLOCK
3) BAR HONDA had the most trick H22 5 years ago, they were making over 330whp with the heads turned around backwards, dry sump an lots more. they had unlimited budgets.
