Default Potential Roommate Wanted - Apartment on Towne Lake

I'm trying to get set to move into a 2/3 room apartment somewhere on Towne Lake near I-575. I've done some number crunching and I know that I'll need a roommate to split rent/utilities with. Requirements are minimal.

    Male or Female
    Stable Job
    No Smokers
No Hard Partiers (Sorry, but I'm pretty low-key)

That's about it. PM if interested in finding a place.

Just curious. Why are you trying to get into an apartment where you already know you need a roommate to stay there? Why not find somewhere within your means? Then you won't have to worry about your roommate bailing out on you and you can have the privacy of your own place. Later, QD.

I would say somewhere around the $400 range. Food and utilities would of course be split evenly.
