Default 92 Toyota Street Truck " Lt. Dan "

I know that this is a little different than what most of you all call an import. Fact of the matter is, It's Japanese. I've been building this little truck for about a year now and it's all complete minus the suspension and wheels. I have done a lot of work and have tons of pics. Got questions? ask away and as always, feel free to comment, hate or congratulate. You gonna do it anyway..

Interior before and after. Rebuilt SR5 door panels along with matching SR5 4Runner buckets and everything else I could swap out between the two. Including Cluster.

This pic was in the middle of pulling out the entire interior for cleaning and SR5 swaps. Everything has to be cleaned. I'm real OCD..

    After cleaning and swaps.

The 22RE build is pretty mild. Complete rebuild done in house after I brought it back from machine shop. .20 over Bore, polished crank, new pistons, 268 cam and Street RV head w/ over sized stainless steel valves. Thorly Tri-Y header, Ceramic coated stainless 2.25 exhaust w/ coated Magnaflow Muffler. Fesh air intake. Ya know.. A little of this, a little of that.

Random pics of 22RE build. Every part was sand blasted clean then Base/Cleared or left raw aluminum. No bolt was untouched.. OEM Toyota parts were used for all parts replaced except for the performance applications.

    random trans pics.

Totally rebuilt SR5 cluster with Tach and leds lights. My odometer shows 35 miles right now.

Lots of other goodies as well. Like short throw shifter.

The list goes on and on.. 4runner front clip swap. Complete 4runner/truck factory AC rebuild.

Yes but no trying to lay frame or anything like that ( not into the mini thing at all ). As a matter of fact I never planed on owning a small truck. It kinda just fell in my lap. I'm just going for improved handling with a better stance. Planing on 1-ton front sway bar, sway away bars ( torsion bars ), and 4runner rear sway bar with a mild drop. hopefully I can sell my Starions and get a set of 18 x 9.5/10's to put more rubber on the pavement.
