This is a BOV flange to be mounted in the stock location of an aftermarket HKS SSQV for a turbo eclipse/talon. There will be no further modification needed to the factory hose configuration with this adapter piece. $30 plus $3 shipping.

So your saying if I had a 95-99 eclipse/talon , bone stock, all i would need is this piece and I could mount a hks ssbov on my car?

Yes. That is what it came off of.

My next question si why couldn't i do this on a 90-94 dsm? Im asking because im using the pipe and bov from a 1g dsm... Let me know.

Thats a very good question that you are asking. After I typed the ad, I was thinking the same thing. I know that both 1st gens and 2nd gens have basically the same engine-the 4g63 but i know that the second gen has smaller turbos. I once owned a 1st gen talon tsi awd but I never had the chance to compare the engine configuration to the second gen. I would be more than happy to meet up with you to show u the part and look inside ur engine compartment with you to see if it fits. I love DSM's. Take care.
