you should specify what year, 90-93 are the same, 94-97 had 2 different exhaust manifolds 0-00-0 and 0-0-0-0, 98-02 are the same, 03+ have k series.

My bad I have the odd port 0-00-0 its the non vtec f22b2

Those are the best motors to boost IMO. Finding a manifold on here will take a looong time. I would recommend looking at the manifolds on treadstone performance. Everything else shouldn't be a problem to get on here.
I haven't had any issues with mine but my manifold is cracked and my downpipe is broke so I'm running open header but I havent had a problem yet
