First two pics are bad. Rest are pretty good.

Car is boring. Nothing bad, but nothing good either.

That's the nice thing about Steve's car, there's lots of little things which have been swapped out which you wouldn't notice if you weren't familiar (i.e. STI Brembos, custom alcantara
wrapped STI wheel, 04-05 STI shifter bezel, STI 6-spd gearbox just to name a few).

Cobin, picture #5 reminds me of "go down dat der black street..." LOL.

The car pics section, to me, is about the way a car looks to the average car enthusiast.

If he wants props for parts that don't show up in pics to people unfamiliar with Subarus then he should tell his photog to list his mods.

ah yes. We should body kit everything, drop it til it scraps and paint is a silly color on wheels that cost twice what the shell was worth....

It is a well rounded car. Friends brother has a 02 wagon with the full STI swap in white. Very fun car, albeit expensive to obtain the parts.

nah, just preludes, lol. I believe his argument was that they were outdated technology. Which is true. But so is any technology from a subaru, a 370z, e90 bmw, *place new car here*, etc.

Good looking WRX (I wish I had a Brembos and a 6-speed in mine).

I'll be around all weekend. It's going north (Ohio) in a few weeks, June 9th-ish. On a positive note, I am bringing the Alfa back to life!!!

Didn't want props. I tune Subaru's and some of them are E-tunes. My customers always ask about my own personal car (which would make sense if your gonna let somebody tune your own vehicle- you would expect them to have a decent car with a history of accomplishments) so I asked Corbin if he'd shoot it so i would have something worth sending to my customers that would be better than say shitty cell phone pics of my car on the beach as seen here: http://www.importatlanta.com/forums/...ach&highlight=
And its not like everybody has seen the same car posted 5 times in the last year (i can link all 5 of your threads if you'd like?)

ThanX! Its one of my favorite mods and I waited a long time. lol Like Corbin said, I set it to Poland. Now I need to find an 04 STi cluster to complete the look...

It is very well rounded! I get ~25mpg, can haul four adults and bagage for a weekend vacation, and kill 911's on the highway- maybe not at the same time, but still, "well rounded" nonetheless.
Since the new setup has bee operational (mid february) I have gone to Tallahassee (800miles round trip), South carolina (700 miles round trip) and then just the other week to DC (1400 miles round trip) and beat the ever loving shit out of it while at my destination. In total, I think I've racked up over 12k miles so far this year.

NOthing more rewarding than waxing a brand new Camaro and then telling the owner "hey, you realize you just got your ass handed to you by a station wagon?"

ThanX! these mods definitely increase the fun/safety factor by a huge margin. lol
